7:30 - 8:50 A.M. at the West Boylston Middle/High School
The race starts at
9:00 A.M., rain or shine.
Entry fee:
$15.00 an individual runner
($20.00/individual after June 1st)
$10.00 for runners High School aged and younger
$30.00 maximum per family Bring everyone! |

The first 75 entrants will receive a
limited edition T-shirt. All participants will receive a
raffle ticket for prize drawing that will be held after
the race. Additional raffle tickets are $1.00 or 6 for
$5.00.

The 5K (3.1 mile) course loops around the beautiful and
scenic Thomas Basin (part of the Wachusett Reservoir.) |

First Mile:
You run either downhill or flat - and away from the West
Boylston High School - on Thomas Street. It is a very
fast first mile. |
| |
| Second Mile: You turn
right onto Route 140 and engage 2 rolling hills
(challenging but not crazy) as you pass by the
picturesque Old Stone Church. |
| |
| Third Mile: Just after
the Old Stone Church, you turn right onto Route 12 for
one-half mile of flat running. You then experience a
slight increase in elevation until you reach the
railroad train overpass. Turn right onto Goodale Street
for over one-quarter mile, climbing a challenging hill.
(Anyone ever hear of Heartbreak Hill?) One final right
onto Crescent Street for a very fast sprint to the West
Boylston Major Edwards Elementary School and the end of
the race. |

Note: There
will be a $25 cash prize for a runner that sets a new
course record in both the male and female divisions. |
